Knumears San Antonio Concert reviews
Huge disappointment
What a waste this was, the Ryman acoustics and his voice were great! He seemed determined to withhold his most popular tunes from the audience, answering calls for this song or that with a negative response. I saw Knumears years ago and loved it, but this time he sang none of his biggest hits. At one point, he started to play the piano and everyone cheered because it sounded like Stay, but then he told everyone that it only sounded that way, and launched into another song no one knew. Aside from Red Neck Friend, about halfway through, and Running on Empty as his final song, the audience just sat there, lost, through much of the concert. This was one of the most disappointing concerts I have ever been to!
